Mesa's Planning and Zoning Board will hold 3 public hearings to get more input from residents on a second draft of This is My Mesa - Mesa 2040 General Plan. The meetings will be held during the regular April and May Planning and Zoning Board meetings and during a special meeting April 30 at 6pm at Red Mountain Library, 637 N. Power Rd.
