District 5 Councilmember David Luna and Mesa Counts on College are hosting a free screening of the film "First Generation" on Wednesday, April 23 at Mesa Arts Center's Piper Theatre, 1 E. Main St. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the film beginning at 6:30 p.m.
