The City of Mesa has been honored with the prestigious J. Robert Havlick Award for Innovation in Local Government. The Alliance for Innovation presented Mesa with the award for the City's higher education recruitment initiative How Mesa Became a College Town. The award was presented to Mesa City Council at their May 19 meeting.
