Mesa City Manager Chris Brady has announced that Lenny Hulme, Interim Director for the City's Transportation Department, has been named the permanent director for the organization. Hulme replaces Dan Cleavenger who became the Director of Water Resources in December 2013. Hulme will oversee a department of 155 employees. The Transportation Department has 3 divisions including administration, field operations and traffic engineering.
