Repairs are being made on a 16 inch water main at Lindsay and Baseline. As a result of these emergency repairs, westbound traffic on Baseline is being diverted northbound onto Lindsay. Southbound traffic on Lindsay has been reduced to one lane. No left turns are allowed on northbound Lindsay or eastbound Baseline. The repairs and traffic restrictions are expected to continue through the holiday weekend.
