Mesa's non-partisan Primary Election is Aug. 26 in conjunction with Arizona's partisan Primary Election. Voters wishing to receive an early ballot who are not registered with a declared party must select which ballot they wish to receive by contacting Maricopa County Elections Department at 602-506-1511.
