Design concepts for a City Center, or urban plaza, in downtown Mesa will be revealed to the public Thursday, Aug. 28 at 6:30pm at the Mesa Arts Center. There will be an opening reception at 5:30pm and a closing reception at 8pm. Both receptions will include an open house. Three design teams have prepared concepts for City Center. The design concept process is funded by the 2012 parks bond.
