District 3 Councilmember Dennis Kavanaugh has been named to the Upper Iowa University Mesa Center Advisory Committee. The Mesa Center Advisory Committee will serve to provide a liaison between the local community and the center in order to facilitate center growth, reputation and academic excellence within the City of Mesa.
