A groundbreaking ceremony has been held for a Courtyard by Marriott hotel that will be located on Ray Road, east of Power Road, adjacent to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The 99 room hotel will include a conference center, business center, full-service restaurant, mini-mart and an outdoor pool. It is scheduled to open in October, 2015.
