The next Building Strong Neighborhoods Initiative in the City of Mesa will be held in Council District 4. The focus of the initiative will be the neighborhoods located from Broadway to 8th Avenue and Alma School to Longmore. The program will kick off with an orientation meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at Adams Elementary School, 738 S. Longmore. Vice Mayor Chris Glover, who represents District 4, is scheduled to give an introduction to neighbors at the meeting.
