Approximately 1,600 volunteers will be participating in more than 50 service projects across the City of Mesa Sat., Oct. 25 as part of National Make a Difference Day from 7am to noon. Residents, neighborhood groups, local businesses, church groups and City employees have registered for a variety of beautification and cleanup projects. This includes 18 house paintings and yard cleanups as part of the Neighbors Helping Neighbors program.
