Mesa?s Festival of Creativity - The free spark! festival weaves the elements ? earth, water, fire and air ? into a celebration of the arts, innovation and boundless creativity through music, original performances, collaborative art and more. The event is March 18 and 19 from noon to 5 p.m. and March 20 and 21 from noon to 10 p.m. at Mesa Arts Center.
