The Mesa Human Relations Advisory Board is coordinating a three-part free community forum about mental health and substance abuse. The first event is Tuesday, March 24 at 6pm at Marc Community Resources, 924 N. Country Club Dr. Information and real life stories will be shared of recovery and resilience about people who have a mental illness and substance abuse who lead fully productive lives.
