In honor of the 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, volunteers will be placing garden boxes and filling them with soil at the Mesa Urban Garden on Tues., Sept. 11 from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. Volunteers can register at www.mesaurbangarden.com.
