City to hold public meeting on Dobson Road and University Drive intersection improvements

The City is hosting an open house pre-construction meeting about the Dobson Road-University Drive intersection improvements project. The meeting is Tues., Sept. 11 from 5pm to 6:30pm at Webster Elementary, 202 N. Sycamore Ave.
