The first Building Strong Neighborhoods Initiative of the 12/13 fiscal year will include downtown Mesa. The boundaries are Country Club to Mesa Drive and University to Broadway. A kickoff meeting is Tues., Sept. 18 at 6:30pm in the Dobson Lecture Hall at the Mesa Arts Center.
