The City of Mesa's Central Main Plan was among the first-place Crescordia winners presented at Valley Forward's 32nd Annual Environmental Excellence Awards Gala. The plan, designed to guide and manage future development associated with the extension of light rail along Main Street, was praised for using sustainability principles.
