District 4 Councilmember Chris Glover has been re-appointed to the National League of Cities' (NLC) Council on Youth, Education, and Families (YEF) for 2014, his fourth term on the committee. The appointment was announced by NLC President Chris Coleman, the Mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota.
