The Spay Neuter Hotline is offering free cat sterilizations for any outside cat living in two Mesa zip codes-85201 and 85204, thanks to a grant from PetSmart Charities. Residents who are feeding outside cats, or who have them in their neighborhood in 85201 and 85204 can call 602 265-7729 or email feralcats@adlaz.org to make an appointment for a free surgery.
