Children under the age of 18 can reduce their library fees by reading for 20-minutes a day until Jan. 5. For every 20-minutes that a child reads or is read to, Mesa Public Library will waive $1 towards overdue fees.
To participate, pick up a "Read Down Your Fines" form at any service desk at the Mesa Public Library or download the form at www.mesalibrary.org/readdownyourfines.
Track the amount of time your child reads or is read to and have a parent or legal guardian sign off. All forms must be submitted to the Library no later than Jan. 5, 2019.
