Registration is underway for Recess for Adults, a recreation program for those would like to try multiple activities while competing, mingling and having fun! Each week, beginning Nov. 7, a new sport will be offered on Thursday evenings. The sports will be Ultimate Frisbee, golf cornhole, indoor soccer, spike ball and badminton.
The program is geared towards adults, ages 18 and older, of all skill levels. Locations may change from week to week but will always be within City of Mesa limits. Bring a friend and sign up as a pair. This is considered your team and will be kept together throughout the season. Registration continues through Oct. 31. Recess for Adults recently completed its first session and proved to be extremely popular. Games offered were volleyball, dodgeball, cornhole, rock climbing and pickleball.
