Ice rink discounts continue this week at Merry Main Street

The Winter Wonderland Ice Rink is one of the key attractions of Merry Main Street in downtown Mesa. The ice rink offers the lowest general admission price in the valley at $10 for one hour of skating, which includes skate rental. Tickets are $8 per person for groups of 20 or more.

Weekday specials continue at the Winter Wonderland Ice Rink through Dec. 19:

Mondays are "Family Night" from 5 p.m. to 10 pm. Bring the whole family and skate for only $8 per person
Tuesdays are "Two-fer Tuesday" from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. You and a friend or significant other can skate two for the price of one $10 general admission
Wednesdays are "Ugly Sweater Wednesday" from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wear an ugly sweater and skate for only $8
Thursdays are "Student Night" from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Students skate for only $8 with a valid student I.D.

Santa Claus will make two more visits to Merry Main Street this weekend. Jolly Ol' Saint Nick will be taking Christmas wishes and be available for photos Dec. 20-21 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Mesa's Christmas Tree, 1 N. Macdonald.

Merry Main Street, now in its fifth consecutive year, also features Santa's sELFie Village, Jack Frost's Food Truck Forest at Pioneer Park, Main Street Express trackless train, musical performances and much more.

The Merry Main Express Free Fair Zone allows you to ride the light rail for free during Merry Main Street between Country Club Drive and Mesa Drive from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the weekends. The free fairs will continue Dec. 20-21 and Dec. 27-28. There is also a large park-and-ride at the northeast corner of Main Street and Mesa Drive. Free parking is also available in all open lots and on-street parking areas throughout downtown Mesa.
