Merry Main Street continues through Jan. 4

Merry Main Street is a great way to celebrate the season and it continues in downtown Mesa through Saturday, Jan. 4.

The Winter Wonderland Ice Rink will be open daily, except Christmas Day, giving you the opportunity to skate under the stars. The ice rink offers the lowest general admission price in the valley at $10 for one hour of skating, including skate rental. Tickets are discounted to $8 per person for groups of 20 or more.

Merry Main Street also features Mesa's Christmas Tree on Macdonald north of Main Street, which is nearly four stories tall, and Santa's sELFie Village which includes 10 sELFie stations near the tree and along Main Street. Jack Frost's Food Truck Forest will be open Dec. 27-28 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Pioneer Park, 526 E. Main St. While there, kids can take a free ride on the Mesa Street Express Trackless Train.

While in downtown Mesa, check out the more than 30 restaurants, coffee shops and bars offering a variety of choices during Merry Main Street. Downtown Mesa also has an eclectic offering of more than 60 stores and businesses for you to shop for last minute or late Christmas gifts and other items.
