February 5, 2020 at 4:18 pm

The City of Mesa is making it easier for you to access services and information using the new MesaNow app and, beginning March 1, the virtual assistant device Alexa. Mayor John Giles announced the new technology and demonstrated it during his State of the City address Feb. 4.

The new MesaNow app and Alexa will offer numerous convenient features:

pay your utility bill, check the balance and due date
check the City of Mesa calendar for upcoming events
find out who your mayor and councilmembers are
see when your recycle, yard waste and trash collections take place

The MesaNow app also provides access to online information such as City Leadership, Where I Live, News, Video, Report an Issue, Road Restrictions, Parks, City Court and the Mesa Arts Center. More access is in the process of being developed.
